• Leverage technology, GIS tools and a wide range of data to solve complex business challenges.
• Partner with clients to identify key business goals and objectives to align custom solutions with client’s desired outcomes.
• Develop strong and trusted relationships with clients throughout our client lifecycle, from implementation to on-going professional services, support, training, and troubleshooting.
• Drive adoption and implementation rollout with a process and outcome-oriented approach.
• Perform Sitewise platform configuration, account maintenance and pre-launch quality assurance testing.

REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION

• Strong, proven analytical and technical skills.
• An ability to effectively manage and execute competing projects on time.
• Proven project management skills.
• Experience working with databases.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel.
• Genuine interest in client services and working directly with clients.

THE FOLLOWING WOULD BE CONSIDERED ASSETS, BUT NOT REQUIREMENTS

• Proven project implementation experience in SaaS, IT, or consulting-related functions.
• Exposure to Geographic Information Systems (MapInfo/ArcGIS) and ETL tools (FME/Alteryx), and/or Tableau.
• Experience in, and/or exposure to, market research, retail analytics and data science modeling.

• Perform Sitewise platform configuration, account maintenance, and pre-launch quality assurance testing.
• Become a Sitewise product and FME expert to be a technical resource for other business analysts.
• Identify, research, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues by collaborating with development and cross functional teams.
• Assisting clients in the post-implementation phase, providing on-going guidance, training, support, and troubleshooting.

REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION

• An ability to manage and deliver multiple projects on time and within scope.
• Strong, proven analytical and technical skills.
• Experience working with databases, and SQL.
• Experience with or exposure to working in Python or R.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel.
• Genuine interest in client service.

Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s or post-graduate degree in Economics or Mathematics
• Workflow Tools such as FME/Alteryx
• Python, R, Matlab
• Experience with machine learning, statistical modeling and data visualization
