Maintenance

Think of maintenance as your upgrade insurance. With a maintenance contract, you will receive all scheduled upgrades without charge for the entire life of your contract. You'll receive releases as soon as they become available. Maintenance contracts are available for one and two-year periods. Contact your sales representative for more information.

 

Technical Support

When you purchase MapInfo Professional, you automatically receive 60 days of technical support - upgrade and receive 30 days. But, many people find they use technical support well after this initial period, as they perform more & more sophisticated analyses and create complicated maps. With a technical support contract, you have toll free access to MapInfo technical professionals. Tech support allows you to work faster, smarter and better!
