About Online Self-Paced Courses

This Online MapInfo Professional Training is Online Self-Paced (OSP).

 

OSP courses are delivered using web-based technologies (i.e. web pages, e-mail, bulletin boards, streaming media, Internet chat). A course is considered an OSP when more than 90% of the instructional methods are conducted through the Internet and web-based technologies.

 

It is assumed that OSP course students have fundamental skills in word processing, e-mail, Web searches, and the use of an Internet browser. The OSP Course requires students to actively participate in course assignments and projects on the Internet. Students are not required to attend any on-campus meetings.
