2000 Census Boundaries
Boundary maps for the 2000 Census are available for MapInfo and
ArcView. The data includes: Block Groups, Census Tracts,
Counties, MSAs, and Places. Use these to map census area locations
and to prepare thematic maps of key census variables.The census boundaries are clipped for water bodies
(lakes, shorelines, etc.) using advanced analytical techniques. This
greatly improves their appearance over the standard census boundaries
released with the Tiger files.
